Design Your Own Digital Art Project!
The steps I took to create this project were simple. I made a circle and found how to give it this lighting feature. Then, I wrote and placed my text, and arched it both low and high. Finally, I splatted it right onto that big ol' theater screen you see there. The programs I used to create this product was really just Illustrator. The purpose of the critique which we did mid-way through the project was to make me consider what my project had lacked. I fulfilled these errors later on and ended with a GREAT final product.
I chose to do this project because of my deep, fiery, blazing, painful, soulful, graceful, great passion for film-making. This process was pretty steady and easy-going. While I did encounter many struggles, I quickly overcame them with the help of Roxy and the internet. I definitely plan to use these skills in the future in order to create advertisements and designs for my films.
Letter Portrait
I began this piece by looking for patterns in the wood, walls and windows of our school, as seen with the "E" and the "N's. Later, though, I began recognizing shapes in more three-dimensional objects, such as the lamp (r) and the "T". Then, I transferred the images to Photoshop, cropped them, and feathered the edges.
